Fastalloy is a young company incorporated in August 2005. We are based in Hyderabad, India. We pride ourselves on providing customers with the best quality  products and personal service. You can order from us using our online catalog and RFQ system, or just over the phone.

We will be continuously adding new product lines to build a strong portfolio to leverage our capabilities to the fullest and serve our customers with a broad range of products and services.

Our Metric Fasteners Division has been operational since October 2005. Although we are nearing the time deadline of further reduction of lead-times and product prices for year 2006, our efforts so far have just started showing tangible signs of development.   Most of the Fasteners being outsourced from reputed precision fastener manufacturers.

 

Fastalloy has also partnered with one of the largest Aerospace Fasteners manufacturer in India, for leveraging the potential offered by rapidly growing global Aerospace fasteners market.

Message from the CEO  Srinivas Bala :


Thanks to the booming Indian economy, we chose to build a great Indian company. During the first four months of our operations, since August 2005, we have  taken some very important decisions for adopting the best management practices to build a globally respected company. The present government regulations and the positive scenario of the Indian industry prompted us to start "Fastalloy".  

We are a small team as of now, but big enough to respond with incomparable innovation, swiftness and flexibility to the escalating competitive challenges of our business environment. Our team, mostly Young Mechanical engineers, continuously undergo rigourous training to deliver the best.

In order to maintain highest productivity, we adopted some guiding principles like             5-S , KAIZEN and a Statistical Process evaluation system to eliminate wastage of resources. These concepts act as a fuel to improve our productivity and deliver enhanced value to all our customers and partners. We have already started pursuing  "Compliance Audit"  and operating procedures to meet ISO , QS Qualification and Certification requirements. In the second phase, we shall pursue AS 9120 for the Aerospace Segment. We intend to set up an in-house lab to test and certify fasteners and most of the products we deal with.
